Q: Do VibePoints expire?
A: No! There are no “use’m or lose’m” traps. They’ll be available as long as we’re in the business of helping people feel better, be better, and do better (and we are planning for the long haul!). So collect your VibePoints and rest assured, they’ll be there for you. Plus, our collection of great gear will keep getting better as we go.
Q: Can I give VibePoints as a gift?
A: Yes! Easy! You can either grant some or all of your VibePoints to someone (Fathers’ Day is right around the corner! And so is graduation!), or you can redeem great gear and offer that as a gift. To grant VibePoints, just let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please provide the name and email address of the person to whom you’d like to grant the VibePoints).
Q: What if someone I refer forgets to enter my email address as the Promo Code during checkout? Or what if they enter the wrong email address?
