Rob Gronkowski's 30-Day Tryout Terms

Promotional period: October 16 through November 6

1. The Offer

Eligible customers may order one qualifying DNA Vibe bundle for $0 upfront and try it before deciding whether to keep it.

ELIGIBLE BUNDLE	PROMOTIONAL PRICE
Jazz Band Live Pro + Pro Power Pack	$263.16, plus applicable taxes
Jazz Band Mega Vibe + Pro Power Pack	$523.88, plus applicable taxes

2. Payment Authorization

A valid credit or debit card is required. By placing the order, the customer authorizes DNA Vibe and its payment provider to validate the card and charge the applicable promotional price, plus taxes, 30 days after the order date unless a timely return request is submitted.

No payment for the bundle is collected when the order is placed, although a temporary card authorization may appear. The exact charge date and return-request deadline will be provided during checkout and in the order-confirmation email.

This is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

3. The 30-Day Period

The 30-day period begins on the order date, not the delivery date. Customers who keep the bundle do not need to take any action. The validated payment method will be charged on the date stated in the order confirmation.

4. Requesting a Return

To avoid being charged, the customer must email support@dnavibe.com before the return deadline stated in the order confirmation.

The request must include the customer's name, order number, email address used for the order and a request to return the Tryout bundle.

DNA Vibe will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. A request received after the deadline may not prevent the scheduled charge.

5. Completing the Return

The complete bundle, including the Jazz Band, Pro Power Pack, cables and accessories, must be shipped using the provided return label within five calendar days after the label is issued.

A timely request will suspend the scheduled charge, provided the complete bundle is shipped by the return deadline. DNA Vibe may charge the authorized promotional price if the bundle is not shipped on time or may charge for missing or materially damaged items.

Customers should retain their return tracking information.

6. Eligibility and Limitations

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have valid United States billing and shipping addresses. DNA Vibe may reject or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate participation or inaccurate information.

The promotion cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly stated and is subject to product availability.
